Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2004 Claire specialises in residential and commercial property transactions.
Claire regularly advises clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing matters, including Sales and Purchases, Transfers of Equity, Lease Extensions, Re-mortgages, and Equity Release.
She is also able to advise on commercial property transactions
Prior to joining the firm Claire worked at a national conveyancing firm managing a team of property lawyers.
